7 - Day Gallbladder Diet

This is a seven-day guide to restoring balance in the body.  

Please note that these recommendations should be discussed with a healthcare professional and are not intended to replace medical advice. 

Day 1-7 I want you to comment on working out each day and taking your gallbladder herbal concoction. 


Day 1: Hydration and Fiber

Drink at least 1 gallon of water today.
Only eat foods high-fiber diet with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support digestive health.  Stay away from proteins, fats, etc... only fiber foods


Day 2: Healthy Fats
Follow a Keto-type diet today
Include sources such as avocados, nuts, and olive oil.
Avoid or minimize saturated fats and trans fats.

Day 3: Lean Protein

Consume only lean protein sources like poultry, fish, and plant-based proteins.
Limit red meat consumption, especially fatty cuts. and vegetables all day.  Staying away from carbs and fats.


Day 4: Liquid Fast

Consume only daily liquids, like raw juices, smoothies, water, and broth.  No soda or juices that are not raw. 

 

Day 5: Low-Glycemic Carbs

Go online and find a low glycemic carb plan for today and follow that for one day. 
Choose low-glycemic index carbohydrates to help regulate blood sugar levels.
Include whole grains, legumes, and non-starchy vegetables.

Day 6 & 7: Put it all together

Continue to consume a high-fiber diet, lean proteins/Omega-3/ healthy fats/ and no carbs unless it is high in fiber.
